Refund policy

At Mountain Tipps, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Return:

  • Include your order number and reason for the return.

  • We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

3. Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Exchanges for the same item are possible depending on availability.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the item. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
